      <image:caption>My passion for fitness began when I was 14 years old. I watched in awe as my friends grew stronger and faster from being on various sports teams at school. I wanted to be strong and fast like them, but I couldn’t commit to being on a team myself, since it was the early days of my acting career and most of my time was dedicated to pursuing that. So I decided to take matters into my own hands— I signed up for a gym membership and never looked back! Many years later, I am still a fitness enthusiast and now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer at LA’s most luxurious wellness club, HEIMAT. When I am not training clients, I love to run, cycle, lift weights, try new classes, tone up, push myself and SWEAT! It’s my daily medicine, my favorite form of therapy and the best way I can give back— I strive to lead by example and motivate others to tap into their own physical power.
